Some bugs in 2.4
1) During the chess event, if you leave the piece you are controlling, or the piece gets killed, you don’t wind up at the door. Rather, you fall through the floor into the Curator’s room. Then you have to run back to Chess. And if you don’t make it back in time to control another piece, you won’t be able to loot. Which means you can’t get your badges, either.
2) Many people (including me) are reporting problems with the client locking up on port or hearth. Most people think it’s related to Gatherer, but I had the problem with my addons folder deleted…
3) If you have Use Hardware Sound selected in your sound options, many of your spell related sounds will be missing. Uncheck Use Hardware Sound and the game sound will (mostly) return to normal.
4) The combat log seems to replay an extensive portion of itself everytime the UI reloads.
