I took Anyette out for a 70 run into the battlegrounds. And playing a lock, even one with no PvP gear at all, can be fun in BGs. Considering that playing a feral druid in BGs is less fun than gouging your own eyes out with a spoon, I wasn’t really expecting much out of the experience, but I rather enjoyed Warsong Gulch last night. Eye of the Storm tonight was unpleasant, but that is as much a factor of Alliance’s inability to play EOTS as anything else.
Oh, and I hate warriors.
On a similar vein, I thought they were supposed to improve the group matching for BGs, so you didn’t get groups filled with people with little or no PvP gear facing S3′d out premades? If so, it isn’t working. Got rolled by the latter twice in EOTS while a member of the former. We couldn’t even get off the starting point (I’m not kidding). We were getting 1 and 2 shot all over the place. Ugh…
Anyway, I guess I might start PvPing a little on Anyette. I should probably go run some instances to get honored with Sha’tar and KOT, but I’ll likely just PvP my way through, if I get serious about BGs on the lock.
