Cat leveling gear - Part 3 (Chests & Wrists)
Chests:
Baseline: Merciless Gladiator’s Dragonhide Tunic wasn’t that much of a grind and, to be honest, everyone I knew who didn’t have something from Kara, had either this or the Badge chest.
The first upgrade at 70 is Skarvald’s Dragonhide Habergeon which drops from Skarvald the Constructor in Utgarde Keep.
It’s 75 before you see the next upgrade: the Intricate Zandalari Tunic from Convocation at Zol’Heb.
At 77, there are three choices:
Dark Arctic Chest is crafted.
the world drop Bulge-Concealing Breastplate;
and the Hardened Tongue Tunic from Whatever It Takes.
At 78, the Drake Rider’s Tunic drops in Utgarde Pinnacle.
Finally at 80, there are the following:
Crystal-Infused Tunic drops in Heroic Nexus.
Custodian’s Chestpiece drops in Heroic Azjol-Nerub.
and Darkheart Chestguard is available at Exalted from the Knights of the Ebon Blade.
Wrists:
Another fairly easy to get PvP item is our wrist baseline: Guardians Dragonhide Bracers.
You don’t see an upgrade for most of the time. There is a minor sidegrade at 73 in the Shackles of Dark Whispers from the Cleansing of Drak’Theron.
At 78, there is a world drop: the King’s Sqare Bracers. There is also a sidegrade in the Eviscerator’s Bindings, which are crafted.
Finally at 80 there are the following:
Drake-Champion’s Bracer are a world drop.
Advanced Tooled-Leather Bracers drops off Loken in Heroic Halls of Lightning.
The Dragonfriend Bracers are available from Wyrmrest Accord at Exalted.
And the Wristwraps of the Cutthroat are available for Emblems.
